When's my order shipping?
We ship within 2-3 business days from our HQ. Once it's out the door, you'll get tracking info sent straight to your inbox.
How much does shipping cost?
$40+ = free shipping (U.S. only, because we love you).
Below that? Flat rate shipping. No sneaky fees, no surprises – we promise.
Can I track my order?
YES. As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Stalk away, bestie – we get it.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return something?
You've got 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange if you change your mind. We're chill like that.
What if something's damaged or defective?
Ugh, that's the WORST. If your clip is delivered broken or isn't holding up like it should, email us at returns@fizzy.com with a pic within 14 days. We'll send you a replacement for free – no drama.
What if my package says "delivered" but I never got it?
Okay so... once tracking says delivered, it's technically out of our hands. We know that's frustrating (we've been there too), but we can't issue refunds for missing packages after delivery confirmation. Double-check with neighbors, your mailroom, or whoever might've grabbed it!
What if I put in the wrong address?
Check your shipping info before you check out, babe. If a package gets returned to us because of a wrong address, there's a restock fee. Let's avoid that together, yeah?
How long do refunds take?
Refunds usually process within 10 business days after we receive your return. We'll send you a confirmation email once it's done!
Gifting 101
Do you gift wrap?
We don't wrap (we're cute, but we're not that cute), BUT we keep it classy – no prices on the packing slip, so your secret's safe with us.
Can I include a note?
YES. Drop your message at checkout – sweet, savage, or somewhere in between. We support all vibes.

Wait, so your designs are actually original?
Um... PATENTED. So yeah, they're the real deal.
Our Word Claws and Letter Clippies are legally protected – like, we have the paperwork and everything.
What if I see someone copying your designs?
TAG US. Seriously. We love receipts, and our lawyers love their job. If you spot a dupe, let us know so we can handle it.
